Real Talent was founded in August 2024 by Michèle Bernat, driven by a bold ambition: to create a really bloody good finance recruitment firm that does things differently.

With a background in both recruitment and finance operations, Michèle set out to build a business that truly reflects her values - one grounded in trust, transparency, and long-term relationships. Real Talent exists to form genuine partnerships with clients, and to support finance professionals whose aspirations deserve to be understood, respected, and realised.

In May 2025, Rosanna Spiniello joined the business, bringing with her an award-winning background in business-to-business sales. Michèle and Rosanna have been friends for over 35 years, and together they share a clear, powerful vision: to build a market-leading, boutique finance recruitment company that delivers exceptional results - while working in harmony with their busy family lives.

Both Michèle and Rosanna are passionate advocates for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility (EDIA). These values are at the core of Real Talent’s approach. They believe that talent comes in many forms - and that inclusive, accessible recruitment not only opens doors, but also drives stronger, more sustainable outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
