    Michèle founded Real Talent with a mission to do things differently. With years of experience in operational, managerial, and internal recruitment roles, her expertise spans a range of internal and agency roles.

    Her background in EDIA and experience working overseas in the Middle East has meant that Michèle has built a reputation for being transparent and commercially savvy.

    She’s passionate about breaking stereotypes in the recruitment industry and proving that smaller, boutique agencies can deliver significant results.
